Yes. During installation, we walk you through the app step-by-step. You’ll learn how to control colors, save presets, set schedules — or we’ll do it all for you. Want the app installed on your phone? Done.

🌦 “Do the lights work all year?”
Absolutely. These are commercial-grade RGBW lights built for 365 days of outdoor exposure. Rain, heat, wind — no problem. Swap colors for every holiday, birthday, sports event, cause, or random Tuesday that calls for a celebration.

📦 “What happens if something breaks or falls down?”
If it’s our fault — bad clip, wiring issue, installation error — we fix it, free. That’s covered under your first-year workmanship warranty or the Annual Service Plan.

If it’s not our fault (think: weather, squirrels, a rogue frisbee, or your cousin trying to “help”), we’ll still fix it fast — just at our discounted service rate. Either way, you’re never left in the dark. 

🔧 “What does the warranty actually cover?”
It covers us screwing up — anything caused by installation: loose clips, wiring issues, misconfigured controllers. It doesn’t cover things like hurricane damage or your kid trying to DIY the app. Fair and clear.

🧾 “Do I own the lights?”
Not by default. Just like with our premium temporary service, we retain ownership. That keeps your upfront price low and saves you sales tax. But if you’re the type who needs to own everything, we’ll sell them to you at our cost. Just ask.

🗓 “Will you take them down eventually?”
Only if you want us to. Unlike temporary holiday lights (which by law can’t stay up more than 90 days), these are made to stay up permanently. But if someday you decide the lights are not for you, we’ll come take them down at no charge.
